Rosemary (marinus officinalis) , also known as Compass Plant is part of the Labiatae plant family. Rosemary is a perennial plant that grows on the dry rocky hills of the Mediterranean region from the Spanish Peninsular to Greece and the Sahara.

Culinary use:
