PBST（phosphate buffered solution）即含吐溫-20的磷酸鹽緩沖液，能夠提供相對穩(wěn)定的離子環(huán)境和pH緩沖能力，是生物學(xué)中經(jīng)常使用的緩沖鹽溶液，主要用于免疫組化和原位雜交，酶聯(lián)免疫等實(shí)驗(yàn)中，清洗免疫印跡膜等。產(chǎn)品為無色液體，pH為7.2-7.4（25℃），主要成分為磷酸二氫鉀、磷酸氫二鈉、氯化鈉以、氯化鉀以及吐溫-20。

本產(chǎn)品為10×原液，不可直接使用，需要稀釋到1×工作液使用。 4℃保存可延長產(chǎn)品保質(zhì)期，長期不用建議低溫保存。

注意事項(xiàng)

低溫儲(chǔ)存較易產(chǎn)生沉淀。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)有沉淀產(chǎn)生，請搖晃或置于37℃水浴至完全溶解后再使用。

A 10X Concentrated solution of Phosphate Buffered Saline with Tween® 20. The 10X Concentration is 80mM Na2HPO4, 1.5M NaCl, 20mM KH2PO4, 30mM KCl, 0.5% Tween® 20, pH 7.4.

PBST is commonly used as a wash solution for Western blot membranes and microtiter plate wells in ELISA assays. The Phosphate Buffered Saline with Tween® 20 is an optimal formulation of pH stabilizers, salts and detergents designed to effectively remove excess material from membranes and microtiter plate wells without disrupting the antigen/antibody binding reaction.

By maintaining the proper buffering environment, unbound components can be washed away without suppressing antigen-antibody binding interactions, thereby reducing nonspecific background and increasing the specific signal.
