Biological Activity	Fully biologically active when compared to standard. The ED50 as determined by a cell proliferation assay using human IL-20Rα and human IL-20Rβ co-transfected murine BaF3 pro-B cells is less than 0.5ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of >2.0×10⁶IU/mg.
Physical Appearance	Sterile Filtered lyophilized (freeze-dried) liquid-like powder.
Formulation	Lyophilized from a 0.2μm filtered concentrated solution in PBS, pH7.2, with trehalose.
Endotoxin	Less than 1EU/μg of rHuIL-20 as determined by LAL method.
Reconstitution	We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer containing 0.1% BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0mg/ml. Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at ≤-20℃. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions.

Background	Human Interleukin-20 (IL-20) is encoded by the IL20 gene located on the chromosome 1 and belongs to the IL-10 family that including IL-10, IL-19, IL-22, IL-24, and IL-26. It is secreted by activated keratinocytes and monocytes, and signals through two distinct cell-surface receptor complexes on keratinocytes and other epithelial cells. IL-20 has functions of regulating proliferation and differentiation of keratinocytes during inflammation, and causing cell expansion of multipotential hematopoietic progenitor cells.

注意事項(xiàng):
???????由于有些塑料管壁對(duì)某些蛋白有較強(qiáng)的吸附作用，溶液中的蛋白很容易粘附在管壁上，并且粘附后的蛋白很難與管壁分離。而載體蛋白(Carrier protein，如0.1% BSA等)的主要作用是預(yù)先封閉塑料管壁上的蛋白結(jié)合位點(diǎn)，使細(xì)胞因子或重組蛋白不會(huì)粘附于管壁。所以一定要使用產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介中Reconstitution一欄的信息配制儲(chǔ)存液。
???????本產(chǎn)品在凍干時(shí)添加了海藻糖作為保護(hù)劑，此時(shí)凍干后本產(chǎn)品看起來(lái)仍然像是液體，屬于正常現(xiàn)象。在凍干工藝上，海藻糖作為常用的凍干保護(hù)劑，可顯著阻止蛋白質(zhì)二級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)的改變，防止凍干過(guò)程中的蛋白變性。
