Biological Activity	Fully biologically active when compared to standard. The ED50 as determined by by a cell proliferation assay using rat C6 cells is less than 25ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of >4.0×10⁴IU/mg.
Physical Appearance	Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
Formulation	Lyophilized from a 0.2μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4.
Endotoxin	Less than 0.1EU/μg of rHuNeuritin as determined by LAL method.
Reconstitution	We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer containing 0.1% BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0mg/ml. Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at ≤-20℃. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions.

Background	Neuritin also known as NRN1 and CPG15 is a neurotrophic factor, which is expressed in response to induction of neuronal activity byngF, BDNF, NT3 and other neural stimulators. It promotes neurite outgrowth and especially branching of neuritic processes in primary hippocampal and cortical cells. Recombinant Human Neuritin is a covalently disulfide-linked homodimer, consisting of two 9.7kDa polypeptide monomers, each containing 88 amino acid residues. It shares 99% and 97%a.a. sequence identity with murine and rat neuritin, respectively.

注意事項(xiàng):
???????由于有些塑料管壁對某些蛋白有較強(qiáng)的吸附作用，溶液中的蛋白很容易粘附在管壁上，并且粘附后的蛋白很難與管壁分離。而載體蛋白(Carrier protein，如0.1% BSA等)的主要作用是預(yù)先封閉塑料管壁上的蛋白結(jié)合位點(diǎn)，使細(xì)胞因子或重組蛋白不會(huì)粘附于管壁。所以一定要使用產(chǎn)品簡介中Reconstitution一欄的信息配制儲(chǔ)存液。
