SPgran HPCA-50是特別為CR、HIIR、ECO, CO、CPE(CM)、CSM、AEM、ACM等含鹵素橡膠配方優(yōu)化的組合硫化活性劑和防老化體系。在氯丁橡膠和含有鹵化丁基橡膠料中可取代不容易分散的 MgO，氯丁橡膠硫化膠仍然具有優(yōu)異的耐熱性; 可同時(shí)平衡快速硫化和加工安全性。特別是與ZnO、ETU（有毒性）或 MTT（環(huán)保無毒性，ETU替代品）并用可以大大改善壓縮永久變形。

SPgran HPCA-50 is specially made for CR, HIIR, ECO, CO、CPE(CM)、CSM、AEM、ACM and other Halogen-containing rubber in curing active agent and anti-aging system. In CR and HIIR-containing rubber, it can replace MgO which is not easily dispersed, and keep rubber with good heat resistance; at the same time balance the fast curing speed and processing safety; Combining with ZnO,ETU(poisoning), or MTT(non-poisoning, replacing ETU) can improve the permanent compression set dramatically.

SPgran HPCA-50可以與TCY并用于硫化氯醇橡膠ECO和CO，可以加快硫化速度，同時(shí)改善壓縮永久變形。用于NBR/PVC膠料中，同樣可以加快硫化速度，同時(shí)改善壓縮永久變形。
