背景(Background)
猴痘是由猴痘病毒引起的一種罕見的人畜共患病,猴痘病毒已成為最嚴重的正痘病毒,由復雜的雙鏈DNA組成。猴痘的發(fā)病機制是病毒從呼吸道粘膜侵入人體,在淋巴細胞中繁殖,并進入血液,產(chǎn)生短暫的性病毒血癥。病毒在細胞中繁殖后,細胞可以侵入血液并傳播到全身皮膚,引起病變。E8L可以與細胞表面的硫酸軟骨素結(jié)合,使病毒顆粒附著在靶細胞上。
