背景（Background）

S100鈣結(jié)合蛋白A10（S100A10）是S100家族的一員，含有兩個(gè)EF手鈣結(jié)合基序，也稱為S100-A10蛋白、鈣帕汀I輕鏈、膜聯(lián)蛋白II的細(xì)胞配體、p10蛋白和p11，可以作為游離單體、同二聚體或由p11二聚體復(fù)合物與兩個(gè)膜聯(lián)蛋白Ⅱ分子組成的異四聚體發(fā)現(xiàn)。S100A10是細(xì)胞結(jié)構(gòu)支架的組成部分，通過與膜聯(lián)蛋白II的結(jié)合與質(zhì)膜蛋白相互作用。S100A10還與細(xì)胞溶質(zhì)和外周膜相關(guān)蛋白（如AHK）一起作用于細(xì)胞內(nèi)膜的發(fā)育。此外，S100A10與情緒調(diào)節(jié)、傷害感受和細(xì)胞極化相關(guān)的蛋白質(zhì)運(yùn)輸有關(guān)。S100A10與膜聯(lián)蛋白II復(fù)合，結(jié)合受體和通道蛋白并將其引導(dǎo)到細(xì)胞表面，導(dǎo)致膜定位增加，從而放大了這些蛋白的功能表達(dá)。
