This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 50.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 55-60 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）

殺傷細(xì)胞免疫球蛋白樣受體2DL4（KIR2DL4）屬于免疫球蛋白超家族，是NK細(xì)胞的抑制性受體。可溶性HLA-G與內(nèi)體中的KIR2DL4結(jié)合，激活DNA-PKcs（DNA依賴性蛋白激酶，催化亞基）-AKT-NF-κB信號(hào)通路。KIR2DL4蛋白ITIM的刺激導(dǎo)致非受體蛋白磷酸酶Src同源2結(jié)構(gòu)域酪氨酸磷酸酶（SHP）-1和SHP-2的募集和激活，并隨后抑制人NK細(xì)胞中的CD16/FcγRIIIa信號(hào)通路。
