If glycerol is not compatible to your application, remove glycerol just before immediate experiment, and NEVER store glycerol-free protein solution.
Supplied as 0.2 μm filtered solution in 50 mM HEPES, 150 mM NaCl, DDM, pH7.5, CHS with glycerol as protectant.

作為TIMP1的細(xì)胞表面受體發(fā)揮作用，并在細(xì)胞信號(hào)級(jí)聯(lián)的激活中發(fā)揮作用。在ITGB1和整合素信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)的激活中起作用，導(dǎo)致AKT、FAK/PTK2和MAP激酶的激活。通過其在AKT和FAK/PTK2激活中的作用，促進(jìn)細(xì)胞存活、肌動(dòng)蛋白細(xì)胞骨架重組、細(xì)胞粘附、擴(kuò)散和遷移。通過調(diào)節(jié)KDR/VEGFR2的內(nèi)化，在VEGFA信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)中發(fā)揮作用。在細(xì)胞內(nèi)囊泡運(yùn)輸過程中起作用，是黑素細(xì)胞發(fā)育和成熟所必需的PMEL管腔結(jié)構(gòu)域的正常運(yùn)輸所必需的。通過調(diào)節(jié)SELP運(yùn)輸，在白細(xì)胞粘附到內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞上發(fā)揮作用。可能在Ms4a2/FceRI刺激下的肥大細(xì)胞脫粒中發(fā)揮作用，但在其他刺激下的桅桿細(xì)胞脫粒中不起作用。
