背景（Background）
CD16編碼一種受體，該受體識別免疫球蛋白G的Fc部分，并參與清除循環(huán)中的免疫復合物，以及其他功能，如細胞介導的細胞毒性和增強病毒感染。該基因FCGR3A與位于1號染色體上的另一個鄰近基因FCGR3B具有高度相似性。該基因編碼的受體在自然殺傷（NK）細胞上表達為通過跨膜肽錨定的完整膜糖蛋白，而FCGR3B在多形核中性粒細胞（PMN）上表達，受體通過磷脂酰肌醇（PI）連接錨定。該基因的突變與免疫缺陷20有關，并與復發(fā)性病毒感染的易感性、系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡的易感性和同種免疫新生兒中性粒細胞減少癥有關。或者，已經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)該基因存在編碼不同異構體的剪接轉錄變體。與FCGR3A相關的疾病包括免疫缺陷20和帶狀皰疹。
