Human CCL14, His Tag (CC4-H5249) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Thr 20 - Asn 93 (Accession # Q16627-1).

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 10.7 kDa. The protein migrates as 14-15 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）

CCL14對(duì)人單核細(xì)胞的活性較弱，并通過(guò)也識(shí)別MIP-1α的受體起作用。在100-1000nM的濃度下，它誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞內(nèi)Ca2+變化和酶釋放，但沒(méi)有趨化性，對(duì)T淋巴細(xì)胞、中性粒細(xì)胞和嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞沒(méi)有活性。增強(qiáng)CD34髓系祖細(xì)胞的增殖。加工后的HCC-1（9-74）是一種趨化因子，可吸引單核細(xì)胞、嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞和T細(xì)胞，是CCR1、CCR3和CCR5的配體。
