背景（Background）

酪氨酸蛋白激酶受體TYRO3也稱為酪氨酸蛋白激酶BYK、DTK、RSE、SKY、TIF，屬于蛋白激酶超家族、Tyr蛋白激酶家族和AXL/UFO亞家族。TYRO3調(diào)節(jié)許多生理過程，包括細(xì)胞存活、遷移和分化。TYRO3激活AKT存活途徑，包括NF-kappa-B的核轉(zhuǎn)位和NF-kappa-B調(diào)節(jié)基因轉(zhuǎn)錄的上調(diào)。TYRO3（通過N端）與細(xì)胞外配體TULP1和GAS6相互作用。通過相似性以及與PIK3R1的相互作用，這種相互作用增加了PI3激酶活性。
