SHR-2042 is a selective agonist peptide of GLP-1 receptor, consisting of 39 amino acids. SHR-2042 improves blood glucose control by activating GLP-1 receptors, enhancing insulin secretion, and inhibiting glucagon secretion. After binding with sodium N - (8- [2-hydroxybenzyl] amino) caprylate (SNAC), it promotes monomerization by forming micelles, thereby improving oral absorption efficiency.
