背景（Background）

IgG Fc區(qū)受體（FcγR）是Ig超家族的成員，在激活或抑制免疫反應(yīng)中發(fā)揮作用。識別出三類人FcγRs：RI（CD64）、RII（CD32）和RIII（CD16），它們產(chǎn)生多種亞型。

人類FcγRII/CD32有三個基因（A、B和C），小鼠FcγRII B有一個基因（CD32B）。CD32是IgG的低親和力受體。低親和力免疫球蛋白γFc區(qū)受體II-b（FCGR2B）也稱為CD32b、FCG2、IGFR2。CD32B在B細(xì)胞和髓樣樹突狀細(xì)胞上表達(dá)。B細(xì)胞上CD32B的連接下調(diào)了抗體的產(chǎn)生，在某些情況下可能會促進(jìn)細(xì)胞凋亡。樹突狀細(xì)胞上CD32B的共連接抑制成熟并阻斷細(xì)胞活化。CD32B也可能是惡性腫瘤單克隆抗體治療的靶點。
