CD3e分子，ε也稱為CD3e，是一種T細(xì)胞表面單程I型膜糖蛋白。CD3E含有1個(gè)Ig樣（免疫球蛋白樣）結(jié)構(gòu)域和1個(gè)ITAM結(jié)構(gòu)域。CD3E與CD3γ、CD3δ和CD3ζ以及T細(xì)胞受體α/β和γ/δ異二聚體一起形成T細(xì)胞受體-CD3復(fù)合物。該復(fù)合物在將抗原識(shí)別與幾種細(xì)胞內(nèi)信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)通路偶聯(lián)方面起著重要作用。編碼ε、γ和δ多肽的基因位于11號(hào)染色體上的同一簇中。ε多肽在T細(xì)胞發(fā)育中起著至關(guān)重要的作用。CD3E在T細(xì)胞發(fā)育中起著至關(guān)重要的作用，CD3E基因的缺陷會(huì)導(dǎo)致嚴(yán)重的免疫缺陷。CD3E基因也與女性患I型糖尿病的易感性有關(guān)。CD3E已被證明與TOP2B、CD3EAP和NCK2相互作用。
