背景（Background）

腫瘤壞死因子配體超家族成員9（4-1BBL）也稱為4-1BB配體、CD137L或TNFSF9，它是一種與TNFRSF9結(jié)合的細(xì)胞因子。4-1BBL是4-1BB的高親和力配體。4-1BBL誘導(dǎo)活化的外周血T細(xì)胞增殖。此外，4-1BBL可能在活化誘導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞死亡（AICD）中發(fā)揮作用。此外，4-1BBL可能在T細(xì)胞和B細(xì)胞/巨噬細(xì)胞之間的同源相互作用中發(fā)揮作用。至于疾病，4-1BBL與癌癥、傳染病和自身免疫性疾病有關(guān)。
