This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 28.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 36-43 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

天然細胞毒性觸發(fā)受體1（NCR1）也稱為自然殺傷細胞p46相關蛋白（NKp46）、淋巴細胞抗原94同源物（LY94）、CD抗原CD335，屬于天然細胞毒性受體（NCR）家族。NCR1包含兩個Ig樣（免疫球蛋白樣）結構域。NCR1與CD247和FCER1G相互作用。NCR1/CD335可能有助于提高活化的自然殺傷（NK）細胞介導腫瘤細胞裂解的效率。
