腫瘤壞死因子配體超家族成員14（LIGHT）是一種腫瘤壞死因子（TNF）超家族配體，通過皰疹病毒進入介體（HVEM）和淋巴毒素β受體（LTbetaR）發(fā)出信號來調(diào)節(jié)T細(xì)胞免疫反應(yīng)。LIGHT已成為影響CTL介導(dǎo)的腫瘤排斥、同種異體排斥和移植物抗宿主病的T細(xì)胞共刺激信號的有力發(fā)起者。LIGHT的組成性表達(dá)導(dǎo)致組織破壞和自身免疫樣疾病綜合征。
