誘導性T細胞共刺激物（ICOS）也稱為活化誘導性淋巴細胞免疫介導分子（AILIM）CD278，屬于CD28家族的免疫共刺激受體，由CD28、CTLA-4和PD-1組成。ICOS增強了T細胞對外來抗原的所有基本反應，即增殖、淋巴因子的分泌、介導細胞間相互作用的分子的上調，以及有效幫助B細胞分泌抗體。CD278/ICOS可防止預激活T細胞的凋亡，并在CD40介導的免疫球蛋白同種型的類別轉換中發(fā)揮關鍵作用。
