蛋白結構(Molecular Characterization)
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 32.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 40-55 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

尿激酶纖溶酶原激活物表面受體(U-PAR)也稱為PLAUR、單核細胞激活抗原Mo3、CD抗原CD87。PLAUR包含三個UPAR/Ly6結構域。U-PAR在大腦外側區(qū)的神經元中表達(在蛋白質水平上),也在大腦中表達。PLAUR/CD87與MRC2、SRPX2和SORL1相互作用。PLAUR/UPAR作為尿激酶型纖溶酶原激活物的受體,在定位和促進纖溶酶形成方面發(fā)揮作用。U-PAR介導U-PA的蛋白水解非依賴性信號轉導激活效應。
