This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 22.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 28-40 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to different glycosylation.

背景（Background）
TNFR1也稱為TNFRSF1A，屬于TNF受體超家族。TNFR1包含一個死亡結(jié)構(gòu)域和四個TNFR-Cys重復序列。TNF-R1是TNFSF2/TNFα和同源三聚體TNFSF1/淋巴毒素-α的受體。銜接分子FADD將胱天蛋白酶-8募集到活化的受體上。由此產(chǎn)生的死亡誘導信號復合物（DISC）進行胱天蛋白酶-8蛋白水解激活，啟動隨后介導凋亡的胱天蛋白酶（天冬氨酸特異性半胱氨酸蛋白酶）級聯(lián)反應(yīng)。TNFR1有助于誘導非細胞殺傷性TNF效應(yīng)，包括抗病毒狀態(tài)和酸性鞘磷脂酶的激活。TNFRSF1A的缺陷是家族性冬眠熱（FHF）的原因。
