Description：Malformin C 是一種可以從 Aspergillus 中分離得到的殺藻肽，是由5個(gè)氨基酸組成的環(huán)狀多肽，除了首尾酰胺鍵成環(huán)外，還有一對二硫鍵，具有劑量依賴性的殺藻活性。 Malformin C 誘導(dǎo)藻類細(xì)胞內(nèi) ROS 水平顯著升高，導(dǎo)致 SOD 活性受損，并導(dǎo)致 MDA 含量大量產(chǎn)生。
Malformin C is an algicidal peptide that can be isolated from Aspergillus. It is a cyclic peptide composed of 5 amino acids, and in addition to the first and last amide bonds forming a ring, it also has a pair of disulfide bonds, exhibiting dose-dependent algicidal activity. Malformin C induces a significant increase in intracellular ROS levels in algae cells, leading to impaired SOD activity and excessive production of MDA content.
