具有Ig和ITIM結(jié)構(gòu)域的T細胞免疫受體（TIGIT）也稱為V-set和含免疫球蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)域的蛋白9（VSIG9）、V-set和跨膜結(jié)構(gòu)域的蛋白質(zhì)3（VSTM3），屬于單程I型膜蛋白，含有免疫球蛋白可變結(jié)構(gòu)域、跨膜結(jié)構(gòu)區(qū)和基于免疫受體酪氨酸的抑制基序（ITIM）。TIGIT在外周記憶和調(diào)節(jié)性CD4+T細胞和NK細胞上以低水平表達，并在這些細胞激活后上調(diào)（在蛋白質(zhì)水平）。TIGIT以高親和力結(jié)合脊髓灰質(zhì)炎病毒受體（PVR），導致IL10分泌增加和IL12B分泌減少，并通過促進成熟免疫調(diào)節(jié)樹突狀細胞的產(chǎn)生來抑制T細胞活化。
