This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus, followed by a flag tag.
The protein has a calculated MW of 50.2 kDa. The protein migrates as 50-55 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

APRIL（增殖誘導(dǎo)配體）也稱為腫瘤壞死因子配體超家族成員13，TALL-2，TRDL-1，CD256，TNFFSF 13，與TNFRSF13B/TACI和TNFRSF17/BCMA結(jié)合的細(xì)胞因子。APRIL是主要與血液系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤相關(guān)的腫瘤壞死因子家族的細(xì)胞因子。密切相關(guān)的TNF家族配體B細(xì)胞活化因子（BAFF）和增殖誘導(dǎo)配體（APRIL）用于成熟B淋巴細(xì)胞的產(chǎn)生和維持。BAFF和APRIL都組裝成同源三聚體，結(jié)合并激活它們部分共享的幾種受體。此外，APRIL的表達(dá)受miR-145在GC細(xì)胞中的調(diào)節(jié)。
