This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 86.9 kDa. The protein migrates as 95-120 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）
Cadherin-17，也稱為肝腸鈣粘蛋白，屬于鈣依賴性細胞粘附分子鈣粘蛋白家族。體內(nèi)研究表明，CDH17敲除通過激活半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶-3活性導致凋亡性PC腫瘤死亡。綜上所述，CDH17通過調(diào)節(jié)腫瘤凋亡信號通路作為對PC生長至關(guān)重要的致癌分子發(fā)揮作用，并且CDH17可以作為開發(fā)抗PC治療方法的靶點。
