蛋白結構（Molecular Characterization）
This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 32.0 kDa. The protein migrates as 35-44 kDa under reducing (R) condition, and 60-75 kDa under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

標記（Labeling）
The primary amines in the side chains of lysine residues and the N-terminus of the protein are conjugated with FITC using standard chemical labeling method. The residual FITC is removed by molecular sieve treatment during purification process.

腫瘤壞死因子受體超家族成員17（TNFRSF17）也稱為B細胞成熟蛋白（BCMA）、CD抗原CD269，是TNF受體超家族的成員。TNFRSF17含有一個TNFR-Cys重復序列。TNFRSF17在成熟的B細胞中表達，但在T細胞或單核細胞中不表達。TNFRSF17是TNFSF13B/BLyS/BAFF和TNFSF13/APRIL的受體。TNFRSF17-促進B細胞存活并在體液免疫調節(jié)中發(fā)揮作用。TNFRSF17可激活NF-κB和JNK。
