This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 31.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 45-60 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）

識(shí)別IgG Fc部分的受體分為三組，分別稱為Fcγ-RI、RII和RIII，也分別稱為CD64、CD32和CD16。Fc-gamma RI以高親和力結(jié)合IgG，并在早期免疫反應(yīng)中發(fā)揮作用。Fc-gamma RII和RIII是低親和力受體，在晚期免疫應(yīng)答期間將IgG識(shí)別為多價(jià)抗原周圍的聚集體。

高親和力免疫球蛋白γ-Fc受體I也稱為FCGR1A、FCG1、FCGR1、CD64和IGFR1，是一種以高親和力結(jié)合單體IgG型抗體的完整膜糖蛋白，屬于免疫球蛋白超家族或FCGR1家族。FCGR1A/CD64含有3個(gè)Ig樣C2型（免疫球蛋白樣）結(jié)構(gòu)域。CD64僅在巨噬細(xì)胞和單核細(xì)胞上存在，但用IFNγ和G-CSF等細(xì)胞因子處理多形核白細(xì)胞可以誘導(dǎo)CD64在這些細(xì)胞上表達(dá)。
