USAG-1分子背景

USAG1（子宮致敏相關(guān)基因1），也稱為SOSTDC1（含硬骨素結(jié)構(gòu)域1），Ectodin，是一種分泌蛋白，其N端糖基化，C端半胱氨酸結(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)域。這種C-末端半胱氨酸結(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)域存在于多種生長因子中，包括TGFβ、NGF、PDGF、vWF、NDP和粘蛋白-2，并參與二聚化、受體結(jié)合和信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)。SOSTDC1在細(xì)胞增殖、分化和凋亡的幾個生物過程中負(fù)調(diào)控BMP信號傳導(dǎo)（如牙形態(tài)發(fā)生、胚胎植入子宮內(nèi)膜和骨折愈合）。此外，SOSTDC1還可能通過調(diào)節(jié)Wnt途徑參與癌癥的發(fā)展過程。
