GDF2分子背景

生長(zhǎng)分化因子2（GDF-2），也稱為骨形態(tài)發(fā)生蛋白9（BMP-9），是TGF-β超家族蛋白BMP亞組的成員，通過(guò)由I型和II型BMP受體組成的異二聚體復(fù)合物發(fā)出信號(hào)。GDF-2是血管生成的強(qiáng)效循環(huán)抑制劑。通過(guò)I型激活素受體ACVRL1發(fā)出信號(hào)，但不通過(guò)其他Alks。內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞中通過(guò)SMAD1的信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)需要TGF-β輔助受體endoglin/ENG。ALK1是內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞（EC）中骨形態(tài)發(fā)生蛋白-9（BMP-9）的信號(hào)受體。BMP-9在轉(zhuǎn)染的COS細(xì)胞中與ALK1和endoglin高親和力結(jié)合，與I型受體ALK2和BMP II型受體（BMPR-II）和激活素II型受體的結(jié)合較弱。當(dāng)BMPR-II或ActR II共表達(dá)時(shí)，BMP-9與ALK2的結(jié)合大大促進(jìn)。
