丁基霉素亞家族3成員A1（BTN3A1）也稱為CD277和BTF5，屬于免疫球蛋白超家族，包含一個(gè)B30.2/SPY結(jié)構(gòu)域和兩個(gè)Ig樣V型（免疫球蛋白樣）結(jié)構(gòu)域。BTN3A1在T細(xì)胞活化和適應(yīng)性免疫反應(yīng)中發(fā)揮作用。此外，BTN3A1調(diào)節(jié)活化T細(xì)胞的增殖以及活化T細(xì)胞釋放細(xì)胞因子和IFNG。此外，BTN3A1介導(dǎo)T細(xì)胞對感染和轉(zhuǎn)化細(xì)胞的反應(yīng)，這些細(xì)胞的特征是高水平的磷酸化代謝物，如焦磷酸異戊烯酯。
