IL-9分子背景
白細(xì)胞介素-9（IL-9）主要由活化的T細(xì)胞表達(dá)。IL-9對(duì)多個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)化細(xì)胞的生長(zhǎng)因子和抗凋亡活性表明，該細(xì)胞因子在腫瘤發(fā)生中具有潛在作用。IL-9也被提出作為哮喘的候選基因。IL-9是一種Th2衍生的細(xì)胞因子，據(jù)報(bào)道可以調(diào)節(jié)T和B細(xì)胞功能。IL-9最初是作為能夠維持小鼠T細(xì)胞克隆長(zhǎng)期生長(zhǎng)的因子分離出來的，但此后被證明對(duì)肥大細(xì)胞、紅系前生殖細(xì)胞和B細(xì)胞Ig表達(dá)具有體外活性。
