髓磷脂少突膠質(zhì)細胞糖蛋白（MOG）是免疫球蛋白（Ig）超家族的單程跨膜糖蛋白。MOG是一種髓鞘蛋白，僅在中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)髓鞘和少突膠質(zhì)細胞膜的最外表面表達。這使得MOG成為炎性脫髓鞘疾病中細胞和體液免疫反應(yīng)的潛在靶點。由于其在出生后發(fā)育后期的表達，MOG是少突膠質(zhì)細胞成熟的重要標(biāo)志物。
