糖皮質(zhì)激素誘導(dǎo)的TNFR相關(guān)蛋白（GITR）也稱為腫瘤壞死因子受體超家族成員18（TNFRSF18）、活化誘導(dǎo)型TNFR家族受體（AITR）、CD抗原CD357，是腫瘤壞死因子接收器（TNF-R）超家族的成員。GITR是TNFSF18的受體，TNFSF18似乎參與活化的T淋巴細胞和內(nèi)皮細胞之間的相互作用以及T細胞受體介導(dǎo)的細胞死亡的調(diào)節(jié)。GITR還通過TRAF2/NIK途徑介導(dǎo)NF-kappa-B的激活。
