Description：CRAMP是動(dòng)物體內(nèi)的抗菌肽，是由18個(gè)氨基酸組成的直鏈多肽，實(shí)驗(yàn)表明CRAMP具有促炎癥的效果，在一些實(shí)驗(yàn)中，外源性CRAMP能夠單獨(dú)感與炎性細(xì)胞的趨化作用，同時(shí)能夠增強(qiáng)小鼠肺部鹽形細(xì)胞因子的分泌效果。鑒于細(xì)菌、真菌以及病毒感染等多種微生物入侵均有可能成為哮喘的誘發(fā)因子，而CRAMP則能夠成為固有免疫的重要組成，廣泛表達(dá)與肺部上皮細(xì)胞中，因此可以推斷CRAMP可能在防治哮喘發(fā)生時(shí)起到重要研究作用。
CRAMP is an antimicrobial peptide in animal bodies, composed of 18 amino acids as a straight chain peptide. Experiments have shown that CRAMP has a pro-inflammatory effect. In some experiments, exogenous CRAMP can independently sense the chemotaxis of inflammatory cells and enhance the secretion of salt forming cytokines in mouse lungs. Given that various microbial invasions such as bacteria, fungi, and viral infections can all become triggering factors for asthma, and CRAMP can become an important component of innate immunity, widely expressed in lung epithelial cells, it can be inferred that CRAMP may play an important research role in the prevention and treatment of asthma.
