PH20分子背景
透明質(zhì)酸酶PH20也稱為精子粘附分子1（SPAM1）和精子表面蛋白PH-20，屬于糖基水解酶56家族，SPAM1/PH-20在睪丸中表達(dá)。透明質(zhì)酸中N-乙?；?/span>-β-D-葡糖胺和D-葡萄糖醛酸殘基之間（1->4）鍵的SPAM-1/PH20隨機(jī)水解。SPAM-1/PH20參與精卵粘附。受精后，精子必須首先穿透卵子周圍的一層卵丘細(xì)胞，然后才能到達(dá)透明帶。卵丘細(xì)胞包埋在排卵前形成的含有透明質(zhì)酸的基質(zhì)中。SPAM1通過消化透明質(zhì)酸幫助穿透卵丘細(xì)胞層。
