TFLLRNPNDK-NH2 is a bioactive peptide with a sequence containing 10 amino acids. This peptide is a thrombin receptor activating peptide. This PAR-1 agonist peptide reversibly binds to PAR-1, mimicking the binding ligand provided by thrombin through substrate protein hydrolysis and cleavage. Like thrombin, TFLLRNPNDK-NH2 also leads to increased liquid and protein permeability.
