MAdCAM-1分子背景

粘膜尋址蛋白細(xì)胞粘附分子-1（MAdCAM-1）在炎癥性疾病中淋巴細(xì)胞向炎癥部位的內(nèi)皮粘附和遷移中起著關(guān)鍵作用。體外和體內(nèi)數(shù)據(jù)表明，阻斷粘附分子-細(xì)胞粘附分子中的粘膜尋址（MAdCAM）通路通過抑制MAdCAM與其配體α4β7整合素在淋巴細(xì)胞上表達(dá)的相互作用，減少白細(xì)胞歸巢到腸道。
