PTK7分子背景
PTK7在肺、肝、胰腺、腎、胎盤和黑素細胞中高度表達。甲狀腺、卵巢、腦、心臟和骨骼肌中表達較弱。也在紅白血病細胞中表達。參與Wnt信號通路的失活酪氨酸激酶。非規(guī)范（也稱為Wnt/平面細胞極性信號）和規(guī)范Wnt信號通路的組成部分。在細胞粘附、細胞遷移、細胞極性、增殖、肌動蛋白細胞骨架重組和凋亡中起作用。在胚胎發(fā)生、上皮組織組織和血管生成中起作用。
