CD抗原CD71也稱為轉鐵蛋白受體蛋白1、TfR、sTfR、p90、TfR1、Trfr，屬于肽酶M28家族和M28B亞家族。CD71/TFR包含一個PA（蛋白酶相關）結構域。CD71/TfR1是轉鐵蛋白向細胞輸送鐵所必需的。CD71是人類白血病和淋巴瘤病例的潛在新靶點。CD71/TFRC/TfR已被證明與GABARAP和HFE相互作用。
