背景（Background）
Glypian-3（GPC3）也稱為腸蛋白OCI-5、GTR2-2、MXR7，屬于Glypian家族。Glypian 3/GPC-3在肺、肝和腎中高度表達(dá)。Glypian-3抑制DPP4的二肽基肽酶活性。Glypian-3可能參與抑制/調(diào)節(jié)主要中胚層組織和器官的生長(zhǎng)，也可能在調(diào)節(jié)IGF2與其受體的相互作用中發(fā)揮作用，從而調(diào)節(jié)其功能。
