PSM α 3 is a peptide used for tolerance induced DC and can be used for DC vaccination. PSM α By altering the maturation induced by TLR2 or TLR4, inhibiting the production of pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines and reducing antigen uptake, infiltrating and regulating human monocyte derived DCs. PSM α 3 is an important toxin released by the most toxic strain of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).
