Description：BombinakininM是一種強效緩激肽受體激動劑多肽，序列中含有19個氨基酸。BombinakininM對哺乳動物動脈平滑肌緩激肽受體具有高度選擇性，其效力比緩激肽高約 50 倍。BombinakininM在豚鼠回腸平滑肌中引起劑量依賴性收縮作用 (EC50 = 4.0 nM)。
BombinakininM is a potent bradykinin receptor agonist peptide with a sequence containing 19 amino acids. BombinakininM has high selectivity towards bradykinin receptors in mammalian arterial smooth muscle, and its efficacy is about 50 times higher than that of bradykinin. BombinakininM causes dose-dependent contraction in guinea pig ileal smooth muscle (EC50=4.0 nM).
