TC 14012 is a CXCR4 antagonist and ACKR3 (CXCR7) agonist peptide, also a peptide like CXCR4 antagonist peptide with 14 amino acids in its sequence. TC 14012 can block CXCR4 mediated HIV infection with an IC50 value of 19.3 nM. In addition, TC 14012 (100 μ G/ml) inhibits the phosphorylation of p42/44 MAPK and STAT3 in B cells of chronic lymphocytic leukemia patients induced by CXCL12. TC 1412 is C-terminal amidated, which leads to high serum stability. TC 14012 is a CXCR7 agonist (EC50=350 nM) that can promote β- Inhibiting protein recruitment and Erk 1/2 phosphorylation.
