Description：RVG-9R是由41個氨基酸組成的多肽，具有一定的穿膜功能，RVG-9R能夠在體外結(jié)合siRNA并將其轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)至神經(jīng)元細(xì)胞，從而實現(xiàn)有效的基因沉默。反復(fù)給藥rRVG-9R結(jié)合的siRNA不誘導(dǎo)炎癥細(xì)胞因子和抗肽抗體。
RVG-9R is a peptide composed of 41 amino acids and has a certain transmembrane function. RVG-9R can bind siRNA in vitro and transport it to neuronal cells, thereby achieving effective gene silencing. Repeated administration of rRVG-9R bound siRNA does not induce inflammatory cytokines and antipeptide antibodies.
