Kisspeptin-13 (human) is an LRF amide motif peptide containing KiSS-1 fragment, a malignant Melanoma metastasis inhibitor, which contains 13 amino acids. Kisspeptin-13 (human) binds with rat and human G protein-coupled receptor GPR54 expressed in Chinese hamster ovary K1 cells with low nanomolar affinity and stimulates PIP hydrolysis, Ca2 mobilization, Arachidonic acid release, ERK1/2 and p38 MAP kinase phosphorylation, and stress fiber formation, Can inhibit cell proliferation.
