Bax inhibitor peptide V5 is a synthetic peptide inhibitor peptide that can penetrate cells and contains 5 amino acids in its sequence, which can inhibit Bax conformational changes and mitochondrial translocation. Bax inhibitor peptide V5 is a peptide designed based on the Bax binding domain of human Ku70, which inhibits Bax mediated cell apoptosis in vitro. Experiments have shown that it inhibits cell apoptosis induced by anticancer drugs in vitro.
