Description：Urantide是由8個氨基酸組成的多肽，序列中含有8個氨基酸和一對二硫鍵，是一種具有選擇性和競爭性的拮抗劑多肽。Urantide在體外阻斷hU-II誘導的胸主動脈收縮，對去甲腎上腺素或內皮素 1 誘導的收縮或乙酰膽堿誘導的松弛沒有影響，同時Urantide在鈣元素測定中充當部分激動劑的作用。
Urentide is a peptide composed of 8 amino acids, which contains 8 amino acids and a pair of disulfide bonds. It is a selective and competitive antagonist peptide. Urentide blocks the contraction of thoracic aorta induced by hU-II in vitro, and has no effect on the contraction induced by norepinephrine or endothelin 1 or the relaxation induced by acetylcholine. At the same time, Urentide acts as a partial agonist in the determination of calcium.
