ICG是一種帶負(fù)電荷的聚甲基菁染料，跟CY3，CY5，CY7這些菁染料不同的是他有這更高的吸收和發(fā)射波長，它的波長是800nm，雖然ICG的跟CY7.5的波長接近，但ICG卻有著cY7.5無法達到的血紅細(xì)胞結(jié)合能力。因此其和PEG鏈接也會形成相應(yīng)的分子。
ICG is a negatively charged polymethyl cyanine dye. Unlike CY3, CY5, and CY7 cyanine dyes, ICG has a higher absorption and emission wavelength. Its wavelength is 800nm. Although the wavelength of ICG is close to that of CY7.5, ICG has a binding capacity to red blood cells that CY7.5 cannot achieve. Therefore, its linkage with PEG will also form corresponding molecules.
