■產(chǎn)品簡介Product Description
JD-1010和JD-1020 是一種基于烷基次磷酸鹽的白色極細(xì)粉末阻燃劑，由于其特別細(xì)的粒度分布，特別適用于非常薄的膠粘劑，如柔性覆銅板。當(dāng)高度剪切混合時(shí)，它可以容易地分散在環(huán)氧樹脂系統(tǒng)中。
優(yōu)勢如下：
-無鹵阻燃，磷含量高
-不溶于水和有機(jī)溶劑例如丙酮
-粒徑極細(xì)，容易被分散于環(huán)氧樹脂體系

“JD-1010”and“JD-1020” is a white, fine-grained powder based on an organic phosphinate. Due to its specifically designed particle size distribution, they areparticularly suitable for very thin adhesive applications like flexible printedcircuits. It can be readily dispersed in epoxy resin systems when a high shearmixer is used.

■產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用Product Application
用于柔性電路板的環(huán)氧樹脂基材，也廣泛用于彈性體阻燃。添加量10%可達(dá)V-1(1.6mm)等級，30%可達(dá)V-0(1.6mm)等級。
One applicationis epoxy based laminates for printed circuit boards，also it is widely used in TPE. Approx. 10% addition level for UL 94:class V-1, 1.6 mm and 30% addition level for UL 94: class V-0, 1.6 mm.
