| 體外研究活性 | Abiraterone 與野生型和突變型雄激素受體(AR)結合。在體外，Abiraterone抑制增殖和雄激素受體調節(jié)的雄激素受體陽性前列腺癌細胞基因表達，可通過抑制類固醇和抗雄激素受體來解釋機制。事實上，Eplerenone激活的突變型雄激素受體可被更高濃度Abiraterone抑制。Abiraterone 取代WT-AR 和 T877A中的配體，EC50 分別為 13.4 μM 和 7.9 μM。[2] Abiraterone作用于大鼠睪丸微粒，抑制裂解酶活性,IC50為5.8 nM。Abiraterone 醋酸鹽顯著抑制T分泌(?48%)，且反過來提高 LH 濃度。 (192%)。[3] | |||
